As the Chief Growth Officer at The Digital Headhunter, he's committed to evolving the recruiting landscape, and has helped over 450 search firms punch far above their weight class.

David's innovative Lighthouse Method™ marketing philosophy undergirds all of his training, and he strives to bring a fresh perspective to the industry, intertwining the twin principles of Omnipresence & Relevancy to everything he does.

Beyond his strategies, David champions a vibrant community of professionals as the founder of The Headhunter & Executive Recruiter Community, with over 13,000 search firm owners and recruiters in what likes to call the "Land of Misfit Toys."
